Our Story New Beginning Consulting Firm, LLC was established in 2016 with a clear purpose: to bridge the gap between where individuals and organizations are today and where they have the potential to be tomorrow. Our foundation is rooted in extensive professional experience across counseling, behavioral health, public health, education, child welfare, human resources, family engagement, and organizational leadership.

Dr. Cynthia Jenkins Harris Founder | President & CEO | Principal Consultant
Dr. Cynthia Jenkins Harris is an experienced organizational leader, educator, consultant, and behavioral health professional whose career encompasses public health administration, professional counseling, human resource management, child welfare, family engagement, program development, organizational leadership, and regulatory compliance. As Founder and President/CEO of New Beginning Consulting Firm, LLC, she brings together extensive professional experience and multidisciplinary academic preparation to help individuals, families, and organizations address complex challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes. Her professional background includes leadership in public health regulatory operations, healthcare quality assurance, organizational management, workforce development, counseling services, family engagement, and community-based programming. She has also served in higher education, supporting student learning, professional development, entrepreneurship, and business education. Her educational background includes graduate-level preparation in Professional Counseling, Human Resources, and Business Administration, along with doctoral-level business studies. Dr. Jenkins Harris founded NBCF to provide comprehensive consulting services that integrate organizational effectiveness with a human-centered approach to individual, family, and community development.
